I received my Fitz7660 2 weeks back, but as I am not good at German, I cannot secure an appointment for a technician visit. I spent many hours trying to convince customer care, but they kept on giving me one after another number, and most of them didn't speak English, and they rudely cut the call. Any moderator can help me here? It's really urgent, and I have spent more than 15 hours just on call to get help, and I am missing my office due to WFH.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
