I have continuous issues with my internet connection. For some reason the ping is not there when I test my connection and all the calls I join (since I work remotely) are mostly disconnected or there is a delay on the call.
This is very frustratig because whenever I try to open a ticket with Vodafone, I got through all the steps of the troubleshooting and in the end it is useless. I also tried calling and didn't get any response on this issue. Reported it on a form and still no response.
