Decided to make another post about the cable internet service being out again. I assume if I just do this each time, I will have a record to point to when it's time to break the contract due to lack of service.

Bundesnetzagentur - Störung

Thats the official way to cancel your contract due to interruptions etc.

Anything else doesnt get you out of the contract.

No - you are not special.

And in even in this official way the first thing you have to do is - contact the technical service.

And there is still no answer to that question.

 

Aaaand another thing: There is no support in the forums since 08/22
