English Speaking Person Vodafone Modem for Internet not working

Hi 

I have a cable internet router in my home. I just received it from the DHL. I instaled the router and connected all the wire as it has been described in the manual. But the LED for internet is kept blinking continuously. I am not able to access the internet. I can access the 192.168.0.1 router configuration. I did all the possible troubleshooting but there is no internet. 

Please fix it as soon as possible. I can't call customer care since they all speak in German. SO the only possible way is to use the forum. I think a technician may be required to install the internet properly. Please book an appointment with the technician.
