First, I apologize if this is the incorrect forum to post this article and secondly I apologize that I have not mastered the German language far enough to handle this issue through the customer service phone number. Since I am new to the language I am overwhelmed trying to keep up with the prompts to get to the service I need.
I recieved the modem and instructions on how to install in February. However, when I followed all the instructions and the troubleshooting instructions the internet fails to work. I get a flashing red circle light on the Internet label. I have tried all the ports in the home and still nothing has worked.
I would like to get a specialist out to my home for assistance if at all possible. Otherwise, I must return the equipment and look to Duetshe Telekom for their internet service.

I am more than happy to offer some support. Please note that I am not a Vodafone employee though. No worries about the language barrier 🙂 Which hub do you intend to use? It will need to be connected to your Vodafone wall socket if you are subscribed to a cable service. Furthermore, the hub needs to be registered with Vodafone in order to work properly.
May I ask you to upload some photos of the manual, the hub and the socket. I could then provide some further assistance.
