Hi all,

 

What contract do you have? (internet + phone 200)
Which modem/ router are you using? Fritzbox 6491
Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device ? own 
Which error occurs? packet loss) Also send screenshots of speed tests (with date and time) and tracerts/ping plotter measurements in the event of packet loss or ping problems
How is your device connected to the modem ? ( LAN )
Which browser do you usually use? Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows/Mac
Start and period of the disruption: 31.01.2022
In which state do you live? Berlin

 

Everything started on 31.01.2022. On that day I had no Internet for 2 hours, then it often disconnected. Today it does not disconnect but it loses a lot of packets, which makes it impossible to work normally because the VPN connection keeps disconnecting all the time when before it was connected whole day with not problems.

Yesterday when the problems occurred I was using the CH7466CE (since the beginning of the contract 3 years). Since today I have my own router Fritzbox 6591. Unfortunately I could not reach the hotline. Is there no way to report a problem online but to hang up on the phone for 30 minutes and nothing? I lost internet access again while writing this post.....

so, the line looks clear for now, can you do tests with our device? Can you show me maybe screenshots from these tests please?

Dear Wallace

sorry for late respond. Your router is now connected. Connection still have same problems with losing packets, or not connecting. Line is connected but ipv4 from your side do not give IPs. Will wait for a news from you when I will be allowed to use my router FB 6591.
