So a crazy story. I don't have internet for the past 4 days I lost 3 clients and over 2000 euros and it keeps rising. I lost my internet connection maybe 5 to 6 times this month. Each time it's gone for 2-3 days at least. When I call customer service of Vodafone they just never speak english. Not even a bit and they don't even try. I called 50+ times to find 1 single person that might be able to help me, nothing. With a friends suggestion send them a message via Twitter. Yes I tried to solve my internet issue by sending a direct message to a Vodafone account. They replied my couple days later (No internet in the meanwhile obviously). So after a week of me trying to explaing my issue to this twitter bot or whatever I manage to get a technician into my house to solve this issue. The technician came and figured out the issue is from outside of my flat. So my cables work everything work but I don't get signal. Here is the weird part the antenna that provides my internet is somehow hidden within the walls of my neighbor 1 floor above me. So when he decides to renovate his apartment I can't have internet access because they constantly break it. I can't get any help from vodafone because can't really explaing my issue to vodafone because out of 104,000 vodafone employees none of them can speak english so they can't listen me. Both my landlord and my neighbor approves any work here to fix this internet but nothing is happening. Guess why? Becuase Vodafone just ignores this like I'm not a paying customer. Who should fix this? Should I break the wall of my neighbors bedroom and fix the cables inside????? Like I know it's a weird situation but how is this any way my problem to fix? I'll leave country in 5 days what happens then?? What happens when I get back 3 months later and no internet? Are we gonna break the walls of the bedroom of my neighbor to fix my internet than? Or am I gonna be allowed to cancel my contract? I don't think so. So the only way is to sue Vodafone and keep losing thousands of euros over a lawsuit? Never ever used a product that has such a problematic customer support. I can't believe what I'm going through right now in 2022. This post will most likely get ignored or maybe deleted even but honestly I don't even know what to do with this situation anymore.
