[ENGLISH] support is needed - website ban removal

Hey, I was trying to connect with your support on the phone, trying to expain my issues without much success. 

it looks like for some reasone Vodafone had banned one of the website I'm using (that what the website support figuted out after they tried to help me). 

I would really appriciate if someone can help with this issue and check whethere there is some kind of blocking / banning for this website address: webchat.cam4.com. 

my interner connection is fine, the rauter looks fine (i did factory reset). when I try to go to this address via wifi I get a timeout. when I go to the same address via cellolar 4g, it works fine.

Most probably it's a firewall issue from the website hoster that blocks the IPv4 address due to multiple customers using the same IPv4 address...

I check with the website and it's not that. 

im now more sure that Vodafone is blocking the website as I managed to connect to it via Opera browser and their built-in VPN.

You cannot check the firewall from the webserver - especially not if you are using a VPN.

The problem is most likely that DualStack lite shares the same IPv4 address for multiple customers - and a firewall may detect this as DoS attack. This is something that only the hoster can resolve
