IN chausseestr. 38-42, speed keeps dropping and with the home office and schooling this makes it really it stressful, please highlight if the repairs and maintenance which were scheduled are going to happen or not

what exactly is your problem? Is the internet very slow or do you also have disconnections? Is it so bad all day or only at certain times?
When you do a speed test, what are the values?

@Jana478 Both actually, specially with upload speed, i am rarely have any meeting , i would really appreciate your support here upload speed never exceeds 1 Mbit per second , i am not alone with this issue, a lot of neighbors did as well.

we have too much load on the upstreams. Expansion work is already underway and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

@Wallace thank you for the infromation, the upload stream is extremly important for my Work For Home, can you please inform me of the right to extraordinary termination as I have to switch to another provider then.
