Good afternon, The internet connection from my cable modem keeps dropping off Wifi. When looking in my account I am told in a message that a "sogenannte Rückwegstörung" exists.
- I have restarted the modem basestation
- I have unplugged and reconnected every cable
- These drop offs where all devices cannot connect to the interent occur constantly throughout today
Please advice on a issue to the line and a timeline for fixining it please

The search for a return channel interferer is unfortunately very time-consuming and, in the worst case, can take months, especially if the interferer is not permanently active.
In addition, if the interferer has been identified, there must be access to the house system, since Vodafone cannot permanently separate entire streets or apartment buildings from the cable network.
Nobody can tell you exactly how long it will take.
