I have trouble registering online invoices and contracts.
I registered this year with new contract with a new router and having so much problem with the internet speed and not working and online service all that. I've tried to activate the portal and it says I already have the contract online but I can't see so I can not change the option to get the invoices online...........
Also, I don't know why my internet & wifi are not working every day so often and so slow. Mine is "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" but when I tested upload speed is upload 45Mbit / download 365Mbit ( when it's working)!!! Also everyday few times the internet is not working but my PC says it's connected. (Only email stuff working somehow)
And of course I tried every day, switched off and on the router also plug in and out, connect again and again and again... My German is not so good so the customer service is really bad to ask on the phone. Please help me! it's urgent due to work! Thank you.

in which federal state do you live? Did you reset the router and check a different coaxial cable already? Did you do the speedtest via the LAN1 port?
