I am trying to connect to several Internet locations with massive time-outs when connected to the internet via the CabelTV. My Findings are showing that the Connectivity is given but selectively some destinations are not reachable. Below you'll find a URL that is working when connected the laptop via the Mobile phone to the Internet and it is timing out via the CabelTV Internet connection.

Trying to reach out a channel to inform Vodafone about such a finding was also a Hell issue, finally I did land on this forum.
Technical connectivity problems and outages might occur and also solveable given that the communication channels to Vodafone to solve problems are working, which is not the case. The communication channels are concentrating only on selling, but not trying to keep existing customers.
