I cannot use the cable internet due to packet loss and high ping for 2 months.
Actually, I had got an appoinment with technician, but he didn't come without any notice, and close the ticket. (are you guys kidding???)
Please let me know how to solve this issue otherwise I need to seriously consider to terminate the contract.
