Hi,
I have Red Internet & Phone250 Cable and subscribed recently. Interenet is broken almost every 5 min for more than 20 minutes due to which i am not able to work from home. I asked for the help in vodaphone office but no help was offered rather given a hotline number where there is no English available. I reported the problem somehow and it is under processing for more than 4 days. I am not sure who will provide the support as i am without interent for long time. I requested for a call through the bot but evertime they say this is in ticket but we dont know what happen. I am amazed who is responsible and how can i reach them. I have asked for the contract cancel and i was not given any response.
Hope to fixed it up soon or provide the process for cancelling contract.
