Cable Max 1000 not reaching advertised speed

I have upgraded from 250mbps to 1000mbps and sadly it never reaches advertised speed, speedtest reaches 700-800mbps and actual usage do not exceed 250mbps, there is anything can be checked on vodafone side? I tried Epic Games, Steam, direct downloads, it never download more than 250mbps that is my old speed.
