Cable Internet unstable. Connecting/disconnecting the whole time

Hi, sorry to write in English.

My cable internet is really unstable in recent days. The light on the router appears normal but the internet is interrupted with around 5 seconds disconnection around every 30 seconds. It's very annoying

Could you please help me to check the internet status?

In which state do you live? Please send also the postal code

 

Which contract do you have? (e.g. Internet + Phone 100)

 

Which modem/router do you use? (e.g. Hitron)

 

Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device?

 

Which error occurs? (Speed too low; Packetloss) Send also screenshots of speed tests (with date and time) and tracerts/ pingplotter measurements in case of packetloss or ping problems. Set the interval of the ping plotter to 2.5 seconds and use affected services as target.

 

How is your end device connected to the modem? (LAN; WLAN; additional router; PowerLAN)

 

Which browser do you normally use? (e.g. Firefox)

 

Which operating system do you have on your computer? (e.g. Windows)

 

Beginning and period of the disturbance (e.g.: since beginning of April; only in the evening)

 

Upload a screenshot of the signal values. You can find them in the user interface of your cable router via 192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 for the Fritzbox.

 

What measures were taken by the fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625 for Vodafone Kabel Deutschland or 0221/46619100 for Vodafone West)?

The bad connection situation has been there for more than a week. I cannot even finish watching a 10 mins youtube, not to mention for work purpose.

as you share the postal code with many other people it is no private information. Do the disconnects only happen via WiFi while the ethernet connection is unaffected? Do you know the WiFi devices from the black list entries? Do the UTOPIA entries keep happening after a factory reset of the router?

> yes, both are my personal device

 

Do the UTOPIA entries keep happening after a factory reset of the router?

> yes, I reset and it is still happening

 

The black list error message basically happens everytime when I want to open a new webpage(basically send a new request). Is my router hacked? Could you help me fix the problem ASAP since it's really annoying Frustrierte Smiley
