I got a new connect for my address ***. I got the router and have done the installation but the internet LED is always blinking red. I connected the customer care and one technician also visited the apartment, but he mentioned that there is no signal on cable and he asked me to contact customer services.
I'm not sure now what shall I do, because customer service people are saying that the technician shall resolved it.
Could anyone help me with this?? or shall I just cancel my contract?
