Cable Internet occasionally reconnects

  • In which state do you live? Berlin, 10435
  • What contract do you have? Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable
  • Which modem/ router are you using? Vodafone Station CGA6444VF
  • Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device ? rental
  • Which error occurs? Internet stops working/restarts occasionally (Internet LED turns red, then reconnects, Wi-Fi LED/connection remain stable). This can happen a few times per hour, sometimes more often, sometimes less.
  • How is your device connected to the modem ? WLAN (but it doesn't look like the problem is with Wi-Fi)
  • Start and period of the disruption: Around Feb 12, 2023
  • Also upload a screenshot of the signal values . You can find this in the user interface of your cable router via  192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 on the Fritzbox.: I can't find this in the admin UI
  • What did the test with the network assistant and the chat bot TOBi reveal? Nothing
  • What measures were taken by the fault hotline (available on 0800-5266625 for Vodafone Kabel Deutschland or 0221/46619100 for Vodafone West)? Haven't tried yet
