Hello,
Today is the 3rd day in 7 days that I don't have connectivity at home. Like most, this means I can't work, unless I pay for another company's 1-day access to get a proper service. What is Vodafone going to do to overcome this?
I already paid almost the equivalent of my full month's bill elsewhere since I need internet to be able to work.

I have had a look in the week you reported the interruption. I could not see that your router was permanently offline.
Are you still having issues or is anything ok now?

Hello Manu, apparently my last reply didn't go through.
That's weird since the router went out (internet light blinking red) for many hours twice. I even called support and the machine said they were able to find out there is a problem with my connection and you automatically open a request.
I am connected now, but the connection is not yet good. I'm attaching my results with a Cat6 cable connected. Also, after these problems, the wifi loses signal if I'm like 5m away from the router. No walls in between. I tried already restoring factory defaults but no luck.
Do you know what I can do to have it working properly?

Hi @lcsdrg,
we could try to send you a technician, maybe he can try to fix that on site,- there is actually a few timeouts and disconeects, is that okay for you?
