no wifi

Hey guys

Just moved into a new apartment and I am having issues with the wifi.

I have a TG3442DE and I have light on telephone and internet but not in WIFI.

I've tried the button and also resetting the router but no luck

Any tips

If you haven't opted for the WiFi option, then WiFi is disabled...
