Hello Team,
i am Struggling for more than two weeks to connect to my remote desktop at work, i use Fireguard VPN with a Nomachine application to connect to my Virtual desktop. This set up completly works and remote desktop is established when i connect via a mobile hotspot but does not work when it is connected to my wifi Router. This issue is due to the Wifi and the IT team is not able to help us. We would need Support with this issue if someone could help me out! Not sure if it is a firewall Setting or IPV4 setting. It is clear that the wifi is blocking the remote desktop Access when connected via a VPN. The model of the WIFI is Easybox 805.
Please support us with this issue.
