Hello Team,
My Deutsche is not good and July I have reported Umzug for my new address but still we didn't get any confirmation.
We are already moved to our new house but our internet doesn't work.
We tried to reach customer care but due to language concern I was not able to do explain my issue.
I am also trying to login to my online portal but I never received Online Registration Code. Please help to solve issue. We are doing Home Office and without internet is really difficult.
