Problem with slow internet speed

Hello,

 

I ordered internet with eazy for eazy40 and today I received the router from vodafone. After connected the speed was extremely slow. I checked using vodafone speedtest and only 0.09MBits/s for download and 0.03Mbits/s for upload. Please help to resolve this issue fast. Need internet for work at home

Fortunately, the issue was already solved. Called technical support and they said they forgot to allow the router to have a fast internet connection. Smiley (traurig)  Weird. But that is not an issue. The issue is there was no technical support in English available. As soon as I called, the automated audio was in German. And I cannot do anything with that. I need to ask a friend the next day to help. Vodafone is a big company. I would suggest Vodafone have a call service with an English option to help foreigners living in Germany.

I totally understand that this has been an unpleasant expirience.
I'll forward your feedback internally.

But right now - there is no dedicated english hotline.
Most agents should be able to handle a call in english nevertheless.
