Dear community,
My old easybox recently died, and vodafone refused to send me a new one with my current rate (16 mbs Dsl classic) so I bought a new one. A tenda V300 which that from what I understood is compatible with vodafone. But I cannot get it to work. I think my current configuration is correct: ADSL, PPPoE. VPI/VCI 1/32 .
One of the possible issues is the DSL password, I have called and reset it a couple of times. However I am unsure if it is the correct one, since if I try to enter it in the myVodafone change dsl password menu it tells me, it is the wrong one, which I have been told on the phone (rather agressivelly) that it does not matter.
Can anyone see the possible issue ?
