Hello
I'm very disappointed with vodafone as I've had no internet for the past 2 days straight. The router led is always on red and just does not connect to the internet. When I saw in the app initially it was supposed to get over in 2 days but then I check it again and the date has been postponed till Dec 1. I mean this is no joke to be without internet for such a long time period without having any proper intimation or accessibility to the customer care . Does anyone also have this problem in Mannheim region ???

You can reach our customer service via the written contact channels. If the fault clearance takes a long time, you can also be offered a temporary solution.
