Hello,
My internet connection is dropping out at least once an hour if not more often. I have a Easybox 805. I have ensured it is running the latest firmware and restarted multiple times. I have pulled the event error log for this evening which includes multiple drops if anyone can help decipher.

Has a fault ticket been recorded?

Hello Heike,
I have performed all actions in the checklist and followed the assistant multiple times. Unfortunately it only repeats, telling me to disconnect the modem/router for 3 min. It does not offer any further prompts or different guidance upon reopening.
