English speaking hotline

Hallo,

No matter how many times I tried to connect to a english speaking operator through the automated hotline number it never worked on top the german speaking customer service personnels where very rude in thier response for help. I chose vodafone due to its golbal reach and easy of acess to service but the experience so far was not so pleasant.

Sadly there is no dedicated english speaking hotline.

Most agents should be able to handle a call neverthelesss.
