DSL- Internet not working

I have DSl connection and internet is on/off for every 15 min. Could you please check it. I tried to contact customer care but they are not helpful.

Hey Dashrath,

frequent disconnects are most likely an issue with your router or the landline itself.
Could you please do me a favor and reset the router to factory defaults & configure it with the modeminstallationcode?
This helps in most cases.
