my vodafone number is blocked for recharge

I am unable to recharge on my vodafone number. I am getting error as Callya number blocked, you cannot recharge on vodafone website.

I cannot make calls, send messages.

A CallYa number can be blocked for various reasons. This happens, for example, if the card has been inactive for a longer period of time - i.e. no calls have been made, no text messages have been sent or no mobile data has been used. A negative account balance can also lead to blocking, for example due to delayed billing of info services. Another common reason is failure to complete the legally required identity check. In such cases, you have several options. Firstly, you can request the reactivation of your CallYa number from customer service - this is particularly relevant if your number has been blocked due to inactivity. Important: You can make the request by telephone or in writing. Even if the text message informing you that your number has been blocked was not delivered, for example because your mobile phone was switched off, it is still deemed to have been delivered. 

If topping up via the Vodafone website does not work, there are alternative options: The MeinVodafone app can be used for topping up - but only in the mobile network, not via WLAN 5. Alternatively, the customer can activate direct debit (see MeinVodafone Extracted Strings) 6 or purchase a credit card from a retailer and top it up using a key combination. If the card is permanently blocked, it is possible to apply for a new SIM card.
