Hi there,
Sorry I cannot speak German.
I have a problem with the CallYa prepaid SIM card.
I've just found out that I can do nothing with the SIM card today, no data, no message in/out, and when I was trying to call the customer hotline, it was saying: "Hello, your call cannot be completed, please contact your customer service immediately to receive further information."
I checked my balance using *106# and it was 0. So I purchased a top up card and topped 15 euro. Then I got 15 euro balance in it but everything remains the same. Please help, this is pretty urgent for me as I cannot use my phone now.
A bit more background, the card can still be used on at least 25th May.
