Switching from CallYa to Red XS

Hello,

I have a CallYa sim card and would like to switch to Red XS.

I was ordering today a "Red XS + Chat-Pass + GigaKombi + GigaDeal" online with the option of "rufnummer mitnehmen", but as I see I have to call to take my number with me. 

Can you please help me with this? Vodafone support on the phone is only in German.

Hey @Anastasia_R,

sorry, but you can´t make a new contract and the switch the number from your CallYa to the new obe.

Porting an number is only possible from one provider to another one.

Please send me a PN with your CallYa number and your order number from the cotract.

We have to cancel your order and then switch your CallYa in the tariff you want.
