Renew ended CallYa contract

My CallYa account has ended!

Is there anyway to renew it and keep the same prepaid mobile number?

Hi @rdpk7,

Depending how long your mobile phone number has been deactivated it's only possible within 90 days to reactivate your CallYa mobile phone number after deactivation. 

You have to contact the customer service center recommended about CallYa WhatsApp chat.
