Hello, I use vodafone with a since one month. Some French numbers which I don't know keep me calling like twice a month. I have no friend from France who has my number in here. I don't answer them as I think they are some sort of scammers. But I don't know how they found my number and it's kind of disappointing to be honest. So how can I avoid it.
On the other hand, it's impossible to get any help from TOBI in English. Other providers are looking like they are way better than Vodafone on that. I try to reach someone to help me since like one week. It keep me asking my rufnummer and it ask if I am able to speak with them. I answered it yes a few times with a hope that I may get a human who can speak English but it didn't help me as well.
I also don't know how could I disable Mailbox as I think it's annoying. I don't like and I don't need it.
And finally, I accidentally topup my account but I won't use it with vodafone for sure. How can I get a refund for that.

Hello mcg1,
if you don't know the french phone numbers you can already create a block list for many phone models. Then these numbers can not reach you anymore.
Please have a look in the settings / user manual of your cell phone. We as your network provider cannot block incoming calls from certain numbers.
For questions that require insight into your customer account such as mailbox deactivation or refunds. Feel free to use these contact channels.

Thanks @BiancaW , but I can not get any help through Tobi. There's no English support on it, and even if I reply in German. It still asks me if they can call you. I tried it a few times, but there wasn't no one speaking English again. So I don't know how can I proceed with the methods that you tell me to go through.

Hallo @mcg1
Access to the accaout is only possible via these paths. If you write via Facebook or Twitter, we will also reply in English. Or you use a translator.
You can also delete the call diversion to the mailbox with the USD code ##002#.
Experience has shown that scammers simply select cell phone numbers at random. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do.
