Number portability to CallYa stuck in identification step

Hi.

I ordered the portability of a phone number to Vodafone CallYa on the 29th of July. I did the identification via post-ident a couple of says later.

I still haven't received any news about when the number will be ported and it also looks like it is still waiting for the identification.

This is the link with my status (I guess I can share it since it has no personal information).

It says " Bitte identifiziere Dich hier, um Deine SIM-Karte freizuschalten.", however when I click on the link Postident says that the identification has been completed.

I guess it has been stuck somewhere. Can someone please forward this message to customer support so they can take a look?
