Number portability request to CallYa needs to be reapplied, no resolution so far!!

Hi, I've requested a CallYa with number portability FROM another proiveder and chose video postident method. Upon making video postident, I was told that I must change postident method from videoident to filialeident (because of my document type).  Unfortunately, it is not possible to start the CAllYa order again online, as I always get the message that my number is already being processed for porting. Despite having multiple calls with Vodafone already and contacting via Facebook, nothing resolved up to now. I'm running out of time to port my number, it'll be recycled in few days. Please could you look at the issue?

Hi, it was resolved over Vodafone FB messenger.

Dears,

My tariff for CallYa M got activated with only 3GB for the month, why???

And no starting bonus for taking over the number from the previous provider.
