I clearly explained my issue in detail yesterday, but the email response I received today still doesn't address my needs. I want to apply for a CallYa SIM card. Currently, I don’t have a SIM card, so I cannot call customer service. I am in the refugee application phase, and the video verification staff from Deutsche Post informed me that my temporary ID cannot be used for verification. They advised me to contact customer support for assistance.
I am willing to provide my government-issued identity documents and proof of address. All I need is a SIM card. The chatbot is unable to understand my request. I am requesting human intervention
