Cannot use/activate SIM card

Hi, I bought the Call Ya SIM card and used the online link and video verification to activate my card. The staff told me my identify is successfully verified during the video call and card should be activated. But I still cannot use it after many days, cannot call/sms/surf internet. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

I am now very emotional and absolutely at a loss as to what to do. My experience of registering my SIM card has been a nightmare and I am still unable to use my number.

It has been 2 weeks now. The online registration failed and I was told to go to the post office. They said the network provider can only assist in the initial registration stages and that they only verify.

 

I went to Vodafone in Kassel to register my SIM and they told me that they only register for customers who purchase there (I bought it in Rossman). I have spent countless hours trying to solve the same problem, to no avail and now I am emotionally distraught. 

 

In your online application, my country (ZImbabwe) is not appearing. I tried to request an SMS verification code, also to no avail. It told me that I must wait for 24hrs, as I requested for the code to be resend to me 5 times.

 

I am an ERASMUS + exchange student with already so much on my plate and this is just unnecessary street and pressure.

 

Kindly assist. I do not want to be forced to buy yet another SIM.

thank you for the time you have invested so far.

 

First of all, every Vodafone Store is required to register the Callya sim cards. Even if the sim card was not purchased there in the Store.

Alternatively you can go to another Vodafone Store with your ID and the registration confirmation.

 

With the Online Ident you have received a transaction number via email and with this you can not legitimize yourself online.

What error message do you get?
