I can not register my CallYA SIM - password is not taken

I have tried to register my CallYA SIM card today and I always get an error for the password. 

I have:
- Cleared my cache

- Tried Chrome and Safari

- Adhered to the 6-20 characters, at least one uppercase and one number rules

- Restarted my computer

- Tried from my phone

- Choosing that I am a current Vodafone customer and not a current customer (I currently only have internet from Vodafone)

- Tried the browser generated password

- Tried my current Vodafone password

 

Every time I get the error 'Select customer password' and am unable to proceed. 

 

I'm unsure what I should do now.
