Hello guys,
I bought a prepaid sim-card couple days ago, but I don't have a customer password at place. Please provide one.
Also I was wondering if I can forward a complaint or so regarding this password system? As the shop staff never told me about it and at the same time I am not able to receive it timely via phone or email, hence I am not able to fully use the prouct I bought. I can see lots of such messages dating back to 2017-2018 and till now and you guys still use this system. I almost got my sim blocked - such a great customer experience to start with 🙂

Hi @Domlynx,
I assume that you bought your SIM-card in a Vodafone shop? If so the easiest way to get your customer password is to go back to the shop and ask the staff.
Otherwise I provided a way getting the customer password via InfoDok 265. Please also note the follow-up links. 👍
