I've been using CallYa for more than 6 months and wish to port the number to another provider. When I'm trying to do this, I'm asked for a customer password which I do not have. Where can I find/reset this password? or can I port the number without it? I do not have a fax machine and hence can't send the form, I'm happy to discuss this in private message and provide all necessary details. Please help me with this as I need to get it done as soon as possible. Thanks a lot for your help.
