Can not change my tariff to CallYa

Hello,

I am a new customer and while asking for my new SIM card, I asked to be on CallYa. But after activating the line I found it subscribed on CallYa Flat S and cannot change it to CallYa as requested from begining and also my credit is decreasing evey afew time without any usage!

Hi @Bassem,

 

When you  write you have the tariff CallYa Allnet Flat S then you are in CallYa.

CallYa is only the prepaid family name but not a tariff. 

 

The Allnet Flat S renew itself all four weeks. When you want to change the tariff you can use the MeinVodafone app in an easy way.

ah I see. CallYa Start is only changeable via customer service. 

You can use the WhatsApp/SMS chat via MeinVodafone app. 

 

First you chat with TOBi, the AI. But with right keywords you should be forward to an agent by TOBi.
