I bought 2 CallYa SIM cards last week, and they do not work. I tried calling the Vodafone help number and can't get through because my German in poor. I don't know how to contact an actual Vodafone person that speaks English to help me.
Have you already carried out the online identification process or the post identification process for verification? Unfortunately, according to German and European law, prepaid cards may not be activated beforehand.
