What CallYa tariff do you have?
Check also via MeinVodafone app you have enough data volume to use mobile internet.

If even calling is not working:
Do you still have any kind of balance on the card -and- when was the last top-up?
Not that the card got deactivated because you didn't use it for a long time - just being called from others is not enough, you have to make any kind of outgoing call / SMS or data use to use money from your card...
