CallYa Prepaid top-up: Multiple charges

I wanted to top up my CallYa balance with €20 euros. So I did the usual transaction through MeinVodafone and after clicking confirm, the loading status seems to be taking a long time.

Then I got several notifcations from my bank app: I was charged €20 four times in a row! A few moments later the balance is reflected in my CallYa balance, but clearly I don't want to top up that much.

Could you please cancel the last 3 transations/refund €60 back to my card?

Sorry about this issue while topping up your balance.

Did you already check with the CallYa helpline? 0172-2290 229.

Else, you can send me a private message, so I will look for a solution.

Please include

* your prepaid number

* a number for calling you back, if different from your prepaid number

* the link your thread here

Thanks for your reply. I was not aware of the CallYa helpline. I contacted tem and they said they will refund me, so fingers crossed.
