I bought a Vodafone prepaid SIM card in a supermarket on last Friday (4th October). I activated it on the same day - I have gone through the CallYa online video call for ID verification and also received an email to confirm my registered email address. However, till today (8th October), my Vodafone phone number is still not yet activated. May I kindly seek your assistance on this, please?
