Hello!
I bought a prepaid SIM card from a small corner store. The card came with no customer password, just the SIM and the starting booklet. When I tried to register online, the CallYa form wouldn't accept any password that I made up.
Is there a way for me to be given a customer password please?

Please send us the completed and signed form by e-mail to: customerservice.o@vodafone.com
Subject: CallYa / Your phone number
