I have been using a callya prepaid number last 2 months. today I started a contract with Vodafone but my number was not transferred. I received a new number . I would like to keep my old number and move that number to my contract. and release the new number. I do not speak German and I am struggling to get this solved. How can I reach to someone who speaks English in Vodafone to check if this is possible?
