Hello,
I won't be able to pay my bill this month with the direct debit. I need to pay it another way. My contract is Kabel. Is there something I can do? My bill is set for 14.03.2023.

Hey maria_ca,
in this case please get in touch with my colleagues from the customersupport - for example via facebook / or twitter. You'll get support in english there.
Then a payment arrangement or installment plan can be made, depending on how high the open bill amount is.
