Vodafone contract that i didnt sign

Hello. I am an expat for 2 months in Germany. I have a gigacube Internet from Vodafone everything was OK with this,  we signed and invoice is as per initial agreement. 

But

I received a second invoice for 160 euro that is assigned to a new customer code (kundenumber).

This second invoice I never requested,  never confirmed and never requested on any conversation with Vodafone employees. 

How can I fix this? What would be the correct steps so can cancel this new invoice?

Appreciate a reply in English.

From what you write, it seems you did not sign up for a second service.

 

You can check what kind of price plan is billed on the first page of the bill.

 

So, you can verify if this is also for a GigaCube contract or a different service.

 

To have the bill issue settled, you'd best contact our service team via WhatsApp, Facebook or Twitter.
