Good day,
A long time customer here. My German is not good, so I am writing in English.
I have just realised that after the latest renewal of one of my mobile contracts (renewal done on September 2020), I am paying every month 5 Euro for the Verbindungsübersicht which I have never requested.
I tried to find a way to deactivate it online , but I could not find it.
So, my questions are:
1. How can this be deactivated (I do not need it and I do not want to pay these 5 Euro every month)?
2. How can I get reimbursed for the costs I paid during the last 12 months for this "service" I have never requested?
